On 20 November the annual celebration of the patron saint of music, St Cecilia, took place at Westminster Abbey. This year’s commission was by Bob Chilcott and the recessional voluntary, ‘Sacred and Hallowed Fire’ by Cecilia McDowall, was performed by William Fox, Sub Organist, St Paul’s Cathedral.
