On 5 July, 2023, a National Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication for Their Majesties The King and Queen on the occasion of the Presentation of the Royal Honours of Scotland takes place at St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh.
During the pre-service music, Cecilia McDowall’s anthem O Sing unto the Lord will be sung by the Choir of St Giles Cathedral, music director, Michael Harris. The service will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3 from 12.40-3.15 and will be available on catch up for a month.
