A concert of women composers spanning the years from Hildegard de Bingen, writer, composer, philosopher, mystic and visionary, to Baroque virtuosos Alleotti and Leonarda, fantastic part songs by Clara Schumann, Fanny Mendelssohn and Lili Boulanger, alongside modern musical geniuses Elaine Hagenberg, Emma Lou Diemer, Cecilia McDowall, and Carol King. Each piece will resound with new sonorities and view of the choral art.
